                                     5-10 ug/L (>12 months)

                                     Lower levels when used with calcineurin  inhibitors

Lung Transplantation: 6-13 ug/L

                                   Lower levels when used with calcineurin inhibitors

Kidney transplantation:6-11 ug/L

Bone Marrow Transplantation: 5-10 ug/L
