Specimen Required: Fresh tissue biopsy, dry swabs (collect x2 - one for Mycobacterial culture and one for M.ulcerans PCR) and paraffin-embedded fixed tissue sections (at least 6 sections, each 10-20 mm thick). A gel swab may be used if unable to obtain a dry swab.
