Recent changes for Syphilis serology (CSF)
FTA, RPR, syphilis, TPHA, TPPA, VDRL
Treponema pallidum, FTA, RPR, syphilis, TPHA, TPPA, VDRL

Sample sent to VIDRL by Micro lab. Refer to Clin Microbiologist. Needs a paired serum sample. If serum resuts are Negative, no indication for testing CSF.
Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory (V.I.D.R.L)
Twice weekly
Test for diagnosis of neurosyphilis. Test must be run with a paired serum sample, ordered seperately.
