Collection Instructions:

The brushing is smeared onto a slide to make a monolayer of cells and must be fixed immediately in 95% ethanol or spray fixed. Spray fixative can be provided by Anatomical pathology.

Notes:

A delay in fixation can make interpretation difficult.
