PLEASE NOTE : CYCLOSPORIN REFERRALS MUST ONLY BE SENT TO THE AUSTIN - THEY MUSY NOT BE SENT TO THE ALFRED AS THEY USE A METHOD THAT DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH THE EXPECTED REFEERNCE RANGES.

PLEASE NOTE : CYCLOSPORIN send to the Austin Biochemistry Department.

Collection & Request Instructions

In post transplant patients a 2 hour post dose is the preferred specimen, please indicate dosing information on the request slip.

Specimen must arrive at the Box Hill laboratory before 1200 Mon-Fri.

Separate EDTA specimen required.
