Coagulation Factor Assays II, V, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII

Collection Instructions:

Transport specimen at Room Temperature to lab
Samples found to have clots cannot be tested

Do not use 1.0 mL citrate tubes

Collect 1 X 3.5 ml Sodium Citrate tube is sufficient to run all Factor assay ( Excent Factor XIII which is a refered test).

1 Tube is sufficient for performing these tests.

Reference Interval:

F8, F9, F11 F12 (Adult): 60 - 150%

F2, F5, F10 (Adult) 70 - 120%

F7 (Adult): 55 - 170%
