This acronym represents a group of Biochemistry tests usually requested for insurance purposes.
Unless tests are specified, the requesting Doctor will need to be contacted to determine which tests are required.
For weekend or AH requests, the phlebotomist may collect a plain tube with gel.
Laboratory staff to follow up with Requesting Dr on receipt at specimen reception.

If MBA requested, tests are EL, LIP, GLU, CMP-Please forward the photocopy of the request slip to Accounts Department.
