Adult post mortems at Eastern Health are referred to the Austin hospital to be performed and reported. They should be sent directly to Austin Anatomical Pathology from any Eastern Health Site. Click here for Austin Risk Assessment and here for Austin Request forms.

Perinatal post mortems are performed at Monash Medical Centre  Ph: 9594 3500         Fax: 9594 6284.

They should be sent directly to Monash Anatomical Pathology from any Eastern Health Site.
