DSG-1 and DSG-3 antibodies are found in the pemphigus group of disorders,DSG-1 typical of pemphigus foliaceous,DSG-3 of mucosal predominant pemphigus vulgaris,and positivity for both antibodies is typical of mucocutaneous pemphigus vulgaris.
